Olekhnovich Alina Aleksandrovna, born November 13, 2001, resident of Moscow, student at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Department of Contemporary Art. Initially charged under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a public association or other organisation in respect of which a court has made a final decision to liquidate or prohibit activities in connection with the implementation of extremist activity"), the charge was requalified to Part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in an extremist organisation"). On March 13, 2024, she was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
Deprived of liberty since July 26, 2023, was under house arrest, since August 9, 2023 - in a pre-trial detention center. She was released after serving her sentence in late November – early December 2025.
