Onoshkin Aleksei Vladimirovich, born March 29, 1990, resident of Nizhny Novgorod, guide, blogger, political activist and priest of the "Temple of the Flying Spaghetti Monster".

He was charged under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation motivated by political hatred and enmity", liable to up to 10 years in prison) and Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public justification of terrorism", liable to up to 7 years in prison). On October 11, 2023, the court reclassified Part 2 of Article 207.3 to Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, released Onoshkin from criminal liability and assigned compulsory medical treatment in a specialized psychiatric hospital. On December 14, 2023, the appellate court upheld this decision, excluding one post from the charges.

Deprived of liberty since August 16, 2022, since October 3, 2022, placed in a psychiatric hospital.
