Pogosyan Ruben Razmikovich, born November 15, 1972, resident of Karelia. Previously convicted, according to media reports, for robbery, released in January 2017. On February 29, 2024, sentenced under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces based on political hatred") to 6 years in a strict regime penal colony. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
Deprived of liberty since February 29, 2024.
