Pokusin Igor Borisovich, born on 9 April 1962, Ukrainian, native of Odessa, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of Abakan, Republic of Khakassia, civil activist and poet, former civil aviation pilot.

Earlier, in December 2022, he was convicted under part 2 of Article 214 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Vandalism") for defacing a pro-war banner and making anti-war inscriptions on walls. On 19 January 2024, he was sentenced to 8 years and 1 month in a strict regime penal colony on charges of committing a crime under part 1 of Article 30, Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for high treason", with a maximum of 10 years' imprisonment).

He had been in custody since 8 December 2022. On 11 June 2024 he died in custody.
