Polyakova Anastasia Vladimirovna, born on December 6, 1992, lived in Moscow, former photo model.

On charges of committing a crime under paragraphs "a", "g" of Part 2 of Article 161 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Robbery, namely, open theft of someone else's property by prior conspiracy by a group of persons using violence that is not dangerous to life or health"), she was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 2 years and 2 months. In accordance with Article 53.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the punishment was replaced by 2 years and 2 months of compulsory work with a 10% deduction from wages for the benefit of the state. She was in custody from April 17 to October 27, 2022, when she was transferred to house arrest, later released on her own recognisance not to leave. On February 7, 2024, the charge was requalified, and a charge of committing a crime under paragraphs. "a", "g" part 3 of Art. 226 of the Russian Criminal Code  ("Theft or extortion of weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy with the use of violence that is not dangerous to life or health, or with the threat of using such violence"), the case was submitted to the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.

On October 25, 2024, she was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime colony and taken into custody on the same day. On May 26, 2025, the Moscow City Court, in an appeal, replaced the sentence with a suspended sentence of 5 years.
