Boris Rudnitskiy is an employee of the Baltic Customs Office in St. Petersburg. In May 2026, he was arrested for a comment he allegedly left in February 2025 under a news story about the murder of Armen Sargsyan, a crime boss and founder of the Arbat battalion, in Moscow. The prosecution claims he wrote: "Good news this morning." This brief comment served as the basis for charges of justifying terrorism.
