Rustamov Djeykhun Fikret oglu, born July 1, 1970, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of Moscow, worked as the CEO of the real estate management company "Rosichi", Muslim, follower of theologian Nursi.
On July 10, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") to 2 years and 9 months in a general regime penal colony on charges of involvement in the activities of the Nurjular organisation, recognised as extremist in Russia, due to holding religious gatherings to study the books of Islamic philosopher and theologian Said Nursi.
He was deprived of liberty on July 30, 2023. Presumably, on August 28, 2025, he was released.
