Ukolov Mikhail Aleksandrovich
Mikhail Ukolov, a resident of Kursk Oblast, was charged under the article concerning financing the activities of an extremist organisation (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code). According to the prosecution, he made two donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation totalling 1,000 roubles.
On 25 May 2026, Ukolov was added to the Russian Federal Financial Monitoring Service's register.
On 14 July 2026, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of compulsory labour at a correctional centre, with 15% of his wages withheld in favour of the state, followed by 6 months of restricted liberty after his release.
