Ustyuzhin Aleksei Vladimirovich was born on January 23, 1967. He is a citizen of the Russian Federation, a resident of Yekaterinburg, an inventor, and married.

He is charged under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public justification of terrorism committed using the Internet,” punishable by up to 7 years' imprisonment).

He has been deprived of his liberty since September 2024 and has been held in a psychiatric hospital since February 2025.
