Utyabaev Rafil Salavatovich was born on 25 May 1987, a resident of the village of Buranbaevo, Baymak District, Republic of Bashkortostan, a citizen of Russia, married, father of three minor children.
On 24 December 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in mass riots involving violence, the use of objects dangerous to others, and armed resistance to a representative of the authorities") and Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of use of violence against a representative of authority or his relatives in connection with the performance of his official duties") to 8 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.
Deprived of liberty no later than 12 February 2024.
