Vasiliev Ilya Vladimirovich (also known under the pseudonym Arvi Hacker), born December 9, 1973, lived in Moscow, citizen of the Russian Federation, founder of the "Civil School of Hackers" and the computer festival SPRYG, abbot of the Buddhist "Moscow Zen Center".

On June 25, 2025, he was sentenced to 8 years in a general regime penal colony under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation based on political hatred or enmity").

Deprived of liberty since June 20, 2024.
