Volodin Davyd Arkadievich, born on 2 September 1993, a Russian citizen and a resident of Tula. He graduated from an art lyceum and a medical college, was a former scholarship holder of the Elena Roerich Charitable Foundation, and worked in medical institutions in Tula. On 29 January 2026, he was convicted under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code (‘High treason in the form of providing financial assistance to a foreign state in activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation’) and sentenced to 12 years and 6 months’ imprisonment in a high-security penal colony. He has been deprived of liberty since no later than 17 November 2025.
