Kicha Dmitry Aleksandrovich

Kicha Dmitry Aleksandrovich, born October 24, 1986, is a citizen of the Russian Federation and a resident of Moscow. He is a former serviceman and intelligence officer of the Russian Armed Forces, a former employee of the Promtekhnologiya arms plant, and has a higher education. He is a shooting instructor and the father of a minor child. On October 7, 2024, he was sentenced under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code ("High Treason - Disclosure to a Representative of a Foreign State of Information Constituting a State Secret, Became Known in the Course of Service") to 17 years in a maximum security penal colony and 1 year of restricted freedom upon release. He was stripped of his rank of captain and state awards. On March 3, 2026, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in a Terrorist Community") to an unknown term of imprisonment. The final sentence is 21 years' imprisonment in a maximum security penal colony. He was captured on May 16, 2022 and placed in pre-trial detention on November 22, 2022.
